Warranty and Return Policy
Cancel Order Policy
  • Please try to make sure you place the right order with the right shipping address at the first place. If you have any question to order the item, please send email to us or call us directly. Otherwise we may not handle your cancellation request on time since the shipping depart is processing every new order in time fashion. We recommend you wait for receiving your package and send us email afterwards if you want to cancel or change your order.
  • Our business practice could make every customer happy if you make the right order with right shipping address at the begin, otherwise, it must take additional time and cost to handle your request. This must increase the overhead for both of us and this is the most complain come from. Thanks for your cooperation.
Change Shipping Address Policy
  • You couldn't change your shipping address afterward made the order unless you re-order it with the right shipping address. Paypal policy requires the shipping address must be the same in your order payment. We could cancel your previous order with the wrong shipping address if the package hasn't been sent out yet. Otherwise, it's your responsible to track the package from the previous wrong shipping address.
  • If your package is lost because of your wrong shipping address in your order payment, then it's 100% your responsibility and we couldn't re-send your package to any new address unless you make a new order with the new address.
Exchange Order Policy
  • If you want to exchange the order item after receive it, please make a new order and send us email afterward so that we could issue the return auth# for refund of your previous order payment. This is the fast and easy way to exchange the order item, otherwise, it will takes at least 2~3 weeks to process the return item and get the replacement
Return Policy
  • Your order payment is protected by Paypal buyers policy. However, we don't process any return item without return auth# from us for any reason.
  • You must write email to cutecamcase@gmail.com to get return auth# prior to return any item for any reason. We shall then issue the return auth# and return instruction to you in timely fashion.
  • You must report any defect problem or want to return for refund or to exchange any item within
    the first 14 days of receipt of the item. Otherwise, the re-instocking fee will be taken.
    However, any wear and tear item couldn't be replaced or exchanged or refunded.
  • After get the return auth# from us, you would then have to ship the item in its original GOOD packaging to us at you cost. You must keep the item in the very good condition in order to get the refund or exchange. Otherwise, the re-instocking fee will be taken.
  • The shipping and handling fee couldn't be refunded in general.
  • For any returned light tent, We will take 15% off or more of its listing price as re-instocking fee in additional to its shipping and handling cost.
Warranty
  • Batteries carry a three month warranty.
  • We would replace defective batteries during the warranty period.
  • To claim under warranty, you must to contact us to obtain a return auth number and please follow the instruction of return item package described in above.
  • You would then have to ship the defective item to us at you cost.
  • We would replace your defective item with one that has equal or higher rating.
Limitations
  • Our warranty only cover replacement of defective items.
  • We are not responsible for consequential damages. We are not responsible for the damaged camera cases, damaged camera bags and the damaged fashion accessories.
  • You must use only specified charger when you charge the battery.
  • Do not Short-Circuit.
  • Battery may explode if disposed of in fire.
Wrong Order
  • If you want to return your order item to replace with another item because you made wrong order, then it's your responsibility to pay the same amount shipping and handling cost.
  • You must contact us first to get auth # and please follow the instruction of return item package described in above.
  • You need to keep the item in original condition packing so that we could resell it otherwise ?15% off its listing price will be taken as re-instock fee.
