Return Policy
- You must send email for the return request within the first 14 days of receipt of your order items regardless for whatever reason. Otherwise, the restock fee will be taken. Over 30 days, no any item could be returned.
- Any used, washed and tear item couldn't be replaced or exchanged or refunded.
- You must write email to cutecamcase@gmail.com to get return auth# prior to return any item for any reason. We shall then issue the return auth# and return instruction to you in timely fashion.
- After get the return auth# from us, you would then have to ship the item in its original GOOD packaging to us at you cost. You must keep the item in the very good condition in order to get the refund or exchange. Otherwise, the re-instocking fee will be taken. .
- Your order payment is protected by Paypal buyers policy. However, we don't process any return item without return auth# from us for any reason.
- The shipping and handling fee couldn't be refunded in general.
- For any returned light tent, We will take at least 15% off or more of its listing price as re-in-stocking fee in additional to its shipping and handling cost.
Exchange Order Policy
- If you want to exchange the order item after receive it, please send email
within the first two weeks after received first. We shall then provide you the exchange instruction.
Cancel Order Policy

Change Shipping Address Policy
- You couldn't change your shipping address afterward made the order unless you re-order it with the right shipping address. Otherwise, it's your responsible to track the package from the previous wrong shipping address.
- If your package is lost because of your wrong shipping address in your order payment, then it's 100% your responsibility and we couldn't re-send your package to any new address unless you make a new order with the new address.
Warranty
- Batteries carry a three month warranty.
- We would replace defective batteries during the warranty period.
- To claim under warranty, you must to contact us to obtain a return auth number and please follow the instruction of return item package described in above.
- You would then have to ship the defective item to us at you cost.
- We would replace your defective item with one that has equal or higher rating.
Limitations
- Our warranty only cover replacement of defective items.
- We are not responsible for consequential damages. We are not responsible for the damaged camera cases, damaged camera bags and the damaged fashion accessories.

- Battery may explode if disposed of in fire.
Wrong Order
- If you want to return your order item to replace with another item because you made wrong order, then it's your responsibility to pay the same amount shipping and handling cost.
